Home-made sushi..delicious! I adore seafood & get hunger pangs for sushi. You can fill the middle with a various fillings: salmon, avocado, crabsticks, cucumber, smoked mackerel, coconut sugar sweetened egg omelette, prawns or indeed, place the fish on top.
Ground flaxseed can be used to encase the sushi rolls rather than sesame seeds or nori for an extra omega boost
